Shipped from Germany
All orders ship from our warehouse in Germany, inside the European Union. No dropshipping from outside the EU: no surprise customs fees, no charges on delivery.
The timeline, plainly stated: 15 to 20 business days
Given the order volume we currently handle, preparation takes about 15 days. In total, from payment confirmation to delivery, shipping takes 15 to 20 business days. It is not instant, and we would rather you know that before your first order than after.
When the clock starts
When you complete your order, you receive a proforma invoice with the bank transfer details. The clock starts when your payment is confirmed — not when you place the order.
Tracking included
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive the tracking number by email. No order travels untracked.
Free shipping across Europe
Shipping is free on every order to any European country, with no minimum number of units. You see it in the cart before confirming: what you see there is what you pay.
Shipping outside Europe
Outside Europe, shipping costs €50 on orders of 1 to 4 units and is free from 5 units. You see it in the cart before confirming. If you have questions about your country, contact us.
