Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller identification

2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of products through chronosave.com. The store is aimed exclusively at professionals — shops, e-commerce, marketplaces and resellers — buying for resale, not at end consumers. As this is not a sale to consumers, the right of withdrawal under consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) does not apply; the applicable return and warranty terms are described on our Warranty page.

3. Registration and access to pricing

Wholesale prices are only visible once you register for free as a professional customer. Registration does not imply any obligation to buy.

4. Minimum order

The minimum order is 5 units per order, freely combining brands and models, except for the first-order exception described in our FAQ.

5. Pricing

The prices shown after registration are wholesale prices, in euros, excluding taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not apply tiered volume discounts: the unit price is the same regardless of order size.

6. Payment method

The only payment method accepted is bank transfer against a proforma invoice. The order is prepared once the payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery times

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. The estimated delivery time is up to 30 calendar days from payment confirmation, as detailed on our Shipping page.

8. Warranty

All products come with a 24-month ChronoSave warranty against manufacturing defects, under the terms described on our Warranty page. This warranty is provided by ChronoSave as the wholesale distributor, not by the manufacturer of each brand.

9. Product authenticity

All products sold are genuine, with their corresponding documentation and packaging.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute between professionals arising from these terms will be resolved before the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable law.
