2. What data do we process and why?

When you register as a B2B customer: we process your email, contact name and, if provided, your company name and tax ID, to manage your account and give you access to wholesale pricing. When you place an order: we process the data needed to manage the order, issue the proforma and final invoice, and coordinate shipping (name, shipping and billing address, email, phone). When you write to us via the contact form: we process the data you provide (name, email, message) to respond to your enquiry.

3. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contractual relationship (managing your account and orders) and, in the case of the contact form, on your consent when you submit it.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The data needed to ship your order is shared with the carrier responsible for delivery, solely for that purpose.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active and, after closing it, for the periods legally required to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to Sales@chronosave.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request correctly.
